Favicon

I have used Favicon icon and it work only if I save to favorites, is
there a way to show this icon on the address bar for every vistor even
if he do not save to favorite? In other words can I set the Favicon to
show on the address bar as default whenever the site is visited
regardless of saving to favorites.

Not if the visitor uses IE. Those that use Firefox or Opera will see it
directly.
