I am experiencing the same problem on an end-user's PC, and have not
come up with any results.
What is inducing this behavior in your case? The user on my end gets
the problem when attempting to reply to a specific email message while
logged on to Yahoo! webmail. The page will navigate away from viewing
the message, and crash before rendering the new page to draft/send a
reply.

I have found this behavior occurs on my laptop as well. Both are
running XP Pro SP2 with current updates. I have already tried applying
KB899102 and KB896156 hotfixs and regsvr32 commands in KB555027.

I'll post a resolution when i figure it out.

I have a web page which uses Javascript XMLHTTP, the same page never crashes
in Netscape 8.1, Firefox 1.5. So it my thoughts are that the page is not the
cause.

My web page has a select control at the top when I select something it fills
the other controls by requesting data using XMLHTTP. When I select one by
one it works but sometime gives me that IE crash and the below mentioned
mshtml.dll error...

I am running Windowx XP SP2 with all updates upto today. I am runing Yahoo
messenger latest beta version...sometime I have noted that Yahoo messenger
crashes.....but that not very often....

I would be happy to know this as I am about to release my application and
this error has prevented me from releasing .....the error is observed on
coupld of our machines....

thanks
