Fatel Execution Engine Error (Ox7926fcd8)

Could some one by kind enough to explain what this error message is (Fatel
Execution Engine Error (Ox7926fcd8))?
I just loaded a program to create encrypted disk volumes (cypherix PE).
After finising the creation, the above error comes up, with an offer to
either "debug" or terminate. All I can do is terminate.
Note: this is not a problem with the above program. I do get this error when
i try to load .Net Framework and other apps.
Note 2: .Net Framwork never loaded properly and cannot be removed......I
don't care......just tell me how I can stop the above error?

Thanks again for that link.....I did find a solution from it:
It related to a bad and unneeded instaliation of .NET FRAMEWORK. I
downloaded and installed "Windows Installer Cleanup Utility" and, after
renameing my .NET FRAMEWORK to "old", I was able to remove the program
components. I did not try to reinstall .NET (as instructed)....but instead,
rebooted and tried my failiing program...............worked like a charm.
