Fatal Execution engine Error Code (0x7927baca)

I continue to get this error code every time I attempt to access my image
zone (from digital camera/printer HP). I contacted HP and they had me
reinstall a setup from the microsoft web site. I stil continue to get the
error code. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall my camera and printer
software and still no luck. Any suggestions?
