Fatal Errors and Macros Disabled in MS Office

1.This message was sent to me from my pc.

This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
folder options control programme.

So the question is what and how do I do next ?

2. Macro language support is disabled in Microsoft Office.

Unable to reinstall software for it to work again!!!!
