Fatal Error ?!!

Recently, when I booted my computer, I got the message
saying "Fatal Error: Unable to connect to PMHELP.SYS or
SDDHELP.SYS", then I checked the device manager and found
that some hardwares (sound,video & game controller/SiS-
7012 Audio Driver, and USB controllers/USB Composite
Device) are not working properly (there is a yellow-
coloured sign of exclamation on these devices). I have
followed instruction on troubleshooting by uninstal and
installing again, but still doesn't work. What does it
mean of that message, and how to fix the devices problem?
Need help from anybody !!!

The hardware issues require you to visit the device manufacturer's websites
to look for the latest XP drivers for that hardware.

PMHELP.SYS appears to be a file that belongs to Partition Magic, if you have
that application, try removing and reinstalling it.

SDDHELP.SYS appears to belong to an application called Scitech Software
Display Doctor, advice is the same, remove and reinstall that application or
just remove it.
