Fatal error

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this one before I try my backup disk.
Occasionaly when closing down I am getting a BSOD saying
Fatal Error C000021a code 0xc0000005
I have tried sfc /scannow but that gives me the same error screen
Apart from that all appears to be functioning OK
Any ideas?
