Fatal Error: File Corrupt!

I used to have Nero 6 and upgraded to nero 7 ultra edition but when I install
it, It always say: "FATAL ERROR: FILE IS CORRUPT, NEED TO REINSTALL" what
do you mean by this and how can I fix the problem? PLEASE H-E-L-P!!!!

Use a version of Nero that actually works.
