FAT32 vs NTFS

Under Windows 2000 can you hace one drive formated for
FAT32 and a second slave formatted for NTFS? I'm trying
to get around the 4G limit for video capture.
 
Yes, you can mix and match partitions as you wish.

However, I can't think of a single good reason to use FAT32 these days.
Multibooting with Windows 9x is not what I consider a good reason. :-)
