Fat32 to NTFS?

I was wondering if it is worth it for me to convert my
Fat32 hard drive to NTFS. I upgraded my computer to XP
pro a while back and I never changed the hard drive
format. Any suggestions? Should I even bother?

Its worth the small effort involved,FAT32 is really
obsolete in xp.
