FAT32 to NTFS

How do I change my 40G Hard Drive from 7G to 40G. Right
now it only shows total capacity of 7G when I check my C:
drive Properties. Please help.
 
First off, you have to make sure that your HDD is not
partioned out to other drives. If it's not partioned,
then you will prolly have to format it from fat32 to NTFS.
 
Did you format and partition the remaining space on your hard drive?
