I very much like the Photo Resizer software. I haven't tried the
others, but probably will, given how pleased I am with Photo Resizer.

Can anyone comment on this software?

FS Image Viewer is top notch.

The capture program is nice, compact, and functional. It's not among the
best, IMHO. It is included in the Image Viewer.

Photo Resizer is a good, solid program. Photo resizing and batch renaming is
included in FSIV, above.

4-1n-1 browser is OK, mostly for use as rudimentary HTTP and FTP servers.

Pacman is a rudimentary Pacman game.

Player is a rudimentary MP3 and movie player. I have not found it to be very
useful.

All are very clean, "green", and run from a single EXE file. All are true
Freeware.
