Faster log on to Domain

When log to local computer it seem faster than logon to domain.

How to change log on to domain as fast as local computer

You can't. There is a lot more going on with a domain logon including the
application of security and Group Policy. --- Steve
 
One thing you can do is check to make sure the client is configured to use
the DNS server that contains the AD domain records and NOT an ISP DNS
server.
