FAST wiz - fails to find files - Need FastConv Utility??

Hello!

I'm having a mare!! Please help if you can at all...

I used the FAST tool ages ago to back up my system before
cleaning my harddrive for a fresh install. Everything
seemed to go well until I tried to transfer my Files and
Settings back - the wizard just keeps telling me it can't
find any valid files - funny that, 8 gigs of invalid
files?

I've looked around and I found out that there is a tool
known as Fastconv that is supplied by MS that will
extract parts of these back-ups - has anyone got it, or
know how to get it from MS?

Please help if you can - my backup contains essential
email information that I just *must* recover...

please...
 
I finallt received the utility from Microsoft. Contact
