Fast User Switching problems

I have Fast User Switching enabled with 4 active user
accounts. From a cold boot i log on as a certain user.
after the user either signs off or users the switch user
option, none of the other users can sign on until a cold
boot is performed.

In an attempt at fixing, i deleted all user accounts and
re-added them. This did not work. Any ideas?

To isolate the problem to Fast User Switching, disable it
(Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Fast User Switching,
and clear the checkbox). If the problem still occurs,
it's something wrong with log on. If the problem is
fixed, consider abandoning Fast User Switching since it
does use system resources.
