Fast User Switching and Internet Connections

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to use Fast User Switching to let my girlfriend log on on a
normal user account.
Problem is, internet doesnt seem to work logged in as her user!?

I can ping DHCP, DNS's the GATEWAY and myself and get replies, but I cant
get out on the net as her user. No MSN, no surfing. Anyone knows anything
about this?
Do I need to specify a permission somewhere that that user is allowed to
connect through that connection? Turned firewall off too and no luck, no
extra firewalls installed, no av-proggys or anything. PLEASE, ANYONE! ;)

My limited-account user gets out on the internet without any special
permissions granted. I'm on a DSL connection. Are you on dial-up?
