Fast switch/quick toggle for schemes?

"schemes" as viewed on the "appearance" tab of "display
properties" in win98?

A shortcut with the following path might get you part of the way.

C:\windows\CONTROL.EXE desk.cpl,display,2

I thought there might be something that would bring up a list of
schemes and let you click to toggle into different ones. I guess
not, but hey, thanks anyway!
