FAST. EXE ERROR

Ever since I installed Vista Home Premium Upgrade I get the following errors

FAST.EXE - APPLICATION ERROR

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)
click ok to terminate the application.

after I click the following message appears.

Microsoft Windows

super fast switcher has stopped working
a problem caused the program to stop working correctly
windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I have had other little problems but I've been able to figure them out or
found the fix in this group.
Has anyone got the answer to this problem.

It looks like you have a program called "Super fast switcher" which is
started from the file "Fast.exe". It appears that this program is not
compatible with Vista and probably needs to be disabled or uninstalled.
