After my first season in the Premier League I am very pleased that I avoided the relegation spots.

It should just be for forum members, and as he's only joined a few leagues I think it probably is someone from here (unlike the random people that tried to join at the start). If he doesn't introduce himself before the next season kicks off I'll remove him from the league

Not sure on that one as the Welsh FA may have something to say about you playing in Europe.
Were you an English team then the answer would be simple, Yes.
