False Unsent Mail Message in windows Mail under Vista 32

I get this message every time I close windows mail. It just started and there
are no unsent messages. I downloaded the fix suggested in another post and
Vista told me it did not apply to my system. I was sure to download the 32
bit version. Can anyone help?

Try using this utility to repair and compact the mail store, with WM closed
