False Positives

I keep getting pop-ups which tell me my antivirus program and my anti-spyware

program are not working. When I put my cursor on them it says both are active.

After seeing these 6-12 times per day I'm getting tired of it. Can someone
be kind

enough to give me a solution if there is one. Thanks for your time.

Which anti-virus are you using?

I'm using BitDefender antivirus, CounterSpy anti-spyware , Jettico Personal

firewall and a router. That's it.
