Fair Distribution of emails for individuals to work

I need my Outlook "(e-mail address removed)" email box to distribute 1
email per persons folder in rotating order.

Inbox – Don’t push from here, let us clean out the spam, good email that
need to be worked by the floor will get pushed to the Distribution Box.

Distribution Box – Need Automation to push an email to Alan to work, then
Brad, then Charlie, then Dean and back around to Alan again in rotation every
day.. (Later I’ll need to “hide†the Brad folder if he goes on Vacation, so
that the other 3 reps get the company correspondence emails on that day.
Alan
Brad
Charlie
Dean
1. Ensures “x†person doesn’t get the lucky spam emails and doesn’t work
that day.
2. Ensures each rep folder gets work for the day……(Not selective
work…..I’ll give him the easy one, I’ll give her the email that requires
scrolling down page after page.) Luck of the draw, not selective.

That is not possible without custom development.
It's probably better to use a proper helpdesk system for this such as
TOPDesk. There are other type of helpdesk systems as well if you are not
talking about an IT helpdesk system.

Thank you for the GREAT LEAD! I will investigate it.....
Do you have others besides TOPDesk?
MANY THANKS!!!

You're welcome! :)

I'm not very familiar with others. A search on "help desk system" or "IT
help desk system" will give you plenty results though.
I like TOPDesk because it is modular and it follows ITIL. If you don't need
it all you can get a stripped down version and add modules as you go. You
can implement certain steps when the enterprise/IT department is ready for
it.

Do you have others besides TOPDesk?

The company for which I work has used Remedy Systems ARS in the past and now
uses Hewlett Packard Service Desk. The former was very good, but pricey. I
don't know about the latter, as to price.
