Failure to open Business COntact records

I recently synchronised my Business Contacts with my Motorola V635 contacts.
Since then, I have been unable to open my Business ontacts, or add new
contacts. I get the message 'Business Contact Manager was unable to
initialise this form'. Anyone have any suggestions please?
