Business Contact Manager General tab is blank

When I open a contact in Outlook Business Contact the General tab displays
the message "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialise this form"

I reloaded Outlook's business contact application however it is not
correcting the problem.

Hi

Is Business Toosl available if it is not check under outlook help > disabled
items.Also try clearing the form cache by going to tools > options > other >
advanced > custom forms > highligh each form and select clear cache

You should also upgrade to BCM v2, and install the latest Office
service packs if you haven't already.
