Failure loading shipping profile

Windows 2000 can not load a program that Windows XP has no problem with. The
erro message is "Failure loading Shipping Profile". Is there any way to get
around this on Winows 2000? Thanks in advance .

Sounds like an application specific error. Get in touch with the developer.
