Failure in On Click event

I have a data entry form in which I have a number of On Click event to do
Find & Preview Report. Suddenly, there was below warning after I click the
On Click event button.

The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Office Access was
communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control.

I do not have any OLE server and unsure if I have used any ActiveX Control.
Can someone shed some light on the possible causes and fixes.

Please post the code from the Click event that is failing and point out the
line where the failure occurs.
