failure after move

I recently relocated and when I tried to set up my
computer---I get a blank screen. It will not run POST,the
power stays on (power switch is functioning but will not
turn computer off),the power supply motor is
running,Lithium batt on MOBO is at 3v. I need a trouble
shoot proceedure or a clue to what's wrong.

take it to a good local shop...have them fix it....
