fail to login on user account, logbook if full

User on my pc who do not have administrater right cannot log on. The system
return with the error that the firewall log is full. This log is out. Nothing
works. If I change the account into administrator they can login. Where can
be the bug !!

firewall log settings are in

control panel>windows firewall >advanced

check your settings ...(change name of the log file?)
