Factory Reset

I want to reset my windows xp, but it says i have to insert my System
Driver/Software Library disk. When i do this the factory reset doesnt appear.
Does anyone know how to reset.

I have the user guide, iv been following the instructions. It doesnt seem to
show what the book says. Shall i unistall xp and then install it again?

I'd call technical support for the manufacturer of the computer. I
would not do a complete reinstall except as a last resort. If you do,
make sure you have all the hardware drivers for that particular
machine from the manufacturer.
