Face recognition app changed MSGINA.DLL - Classic login only

I happened to install a software that uses face recognition to allow you to
login. It broke my login screen and FUS, and I could not Hibernate either.
When I went to the User accounts screen to change the way users log on or
off, it tells me that an application has changed MSGINA.DLL (which handles
specifically all these login aspects) and it must be replaced to the
original for the normal login screens. After uninstalling the program, to
problem still, unfortunately, persists. I'm stuck with the Classic login
screen and no FUS or Hibernate.

After doing some research on Google, I see various versions of MSGINA.DLL,
and a program called Wintasks that claims to be able to restore the dll.
What do you recommend? I'm not too keen on that way. And WFP won't allow
me to delete the file; dllcache has the same file. Do you think good ole
SFC will fix it?

Thanks,

Dilip
