F3 key

Hi, How can I disable the F3 key in I.E. 6.0? I'm trying to
lock down a workstation and the F3 key allows the user to
use a split screen to access other sites other than the
allowed one.

A trick I use is to assign F3 key (or any other key) to a shortcut on the
desktop. Then that takes precedent over it IE use. F3 will open the
desktop item, and not its normal function in IE
