You're infected with adware.

Get AdAware, Spybot, etc. and run
it to clean it off.

Hi,
I need help resolving the following problem: No matter
which application I am currently in, pressing the F1 key
brings me to internet explorer, with a display for a
Viagara ad - I have an important application (in DOS)
which can only be started by hitting the F1 key. How do I
make it so the F1 key brings up the help screen for my
apps, or launches my programs? I have Windows 2000, and
have ran a full system check for viruses (I have none.I
have also installed all recommended updates from
Microsoft's website. Please help, it's critical this works
soon!!!!

Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,

You might take a look at www.spychecker.com
You will find AdAware and SpyBot S&D there as well as free
firewalls, and free AVP. but of course, a lot more whistles
for a few bucks. What I do is try the product with the
"freebie" and buy it by loading the "shareware" version for
30 days, so that I am already familiar with it by then.
Works good for me.
