F-Secure Installation Packages

Hey all,

I am working with my children's small private school to update their
computer systems and the first order of business is to install an
Anti-Virus program. Currently, I'm looking at F-Secure and I like it
well enough but I do have some questions. At first glance it seems
like it does everything we want it to, pretty lightweight, cost
effective (read: cheap :), and easy to manage.

The problem starts when I try to test the software installation
capabilities of the product. Apparently I didn't install the
"Installation Packages" or something because when I go to push the AV
client to a workstation there's nothing to push - there are no packages
in the list. I have reinstalled the Policy Manager several times with
no change. Am I missing something?

Even more worrying is the fact that I am in email contact with on of
the sales people at F-Secure and she won't return my mail. If you
can't get someone to help you before they have your money, how will
they support you after you've paid up? Does anyone have any experience
with the support crew @ F-Secure? I'm sure get having warm fuzzies
here. :(

You have to download the stuff you want the policy manager to push, yes. It's in the
manuals somewhere - I did it a couple of weeks ago.
