Some website had a poorly written scripts to dectect your browser and
operating system. In your case, if you can see flash in other website then
it's nothing wrong with your system only you need to email the rush.com
website administrator to rescripts their website properly recognize it.

I went through similar pain. I hope what follows helps:

To Get Flash Player Working:

Vista (32bit) go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed folder

Vista(64bit) go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed folder

Open the folder and right click on ‘FlashUtil9b.exe’, then left click ‘Run
as Administrator.’ The Flash Player installer should now start and once it
completes, Flash Player should work and appear on the uninstall or change
program list.

This issue is related to how Windows Vista's security features prevent
applications from changing registry settings (even if you are logged in as an
administrator) you must explicitly allow programs to make certain changes to
the registry.

Finally, well done that person!

I had forgotten how annoying some 'flashed' web sites could be!

I surf with it off. And when a website doesn't proved a 'skip flash intro',
I skip the website. I might make an exception on occasion, but often don't!

You know flash is a track engine, eh? Flash can track your online movements.
It also is an occasional security risk as numerous patches have been
released from time to time to fix vulnerabilities that would otherwise
enable hackers to 0wnD your rig.
