Extracting/Unzipping "Blocked Files"

Can anyone help me out here? My Laptop Crashed Aprprox. 2wks ago, and
had my files/music backed up on an external drive...When I try to ope
the files (unzip) to copy back into my iTunes folders, I get thi
message "Windows has blocked access to this file to protect you
computer, to unblock click here" When I click the link it takes me t
the help & support and the directions are to: save the file on pc
click properties, then lower section click unblock....NO SUCH BUTTON!!
PLEASE HELP ME, P L E AS E ... :

Try installing a third party achive program such as IZarc (
http://www.izarc.org/ ) and allow that to handle your archives rather
than Windows.

1. Use a third-party zip handler like WinZip
2. Move the .zip file to a FAT32 partition, and move it back. This ensures
that the zone information attached to that file is reset.
