Extracting text from webpage

? am running Windows XP Home Edition with all updates, Internet Explorer 7,
and Microsoft Office (Home and Student Edition). From a webpage, how do I
select the text body of the page, eliminate the border information, and print
the remaining text. My object is to print the text only so that the text size
is larger and more readable in the printed copy.

Select the text by left-clicking/dragging to highlight what you want. Then
either:

1. File>Print (some printer drivers will give you the option to print
Selection Only, some won't); or

2. With text highlighted, Ctrl-C (or Edit>Copy). Open Notepad or Wordpad and
Ctrl-V (or Edit>Paste). Print from Notepad or Wordpad or the text editor of
your choice. Simple text editors like Notepad may not let you change the
text size so if using a text editors isn't satisfactory, paste the text
into a Word document.

the assumption here is that
the zoom feature in your
browser is not what you
want.

therefore, you might try
blocking the text in the web
page with your mouse
then do a copy and
paste into notepad or
something.

the other option is to
use the magnifier provided
or other vision helpful
tools via start>programs>
accessibility.

then perhaps, you can
try printing your webpage
to pdf,

then use the feature in
acrobat to magnify the page.
