Extra 'My Picturers' folders

I seem to have several "My Picture" folders scattered around every time I
open Explorer.
Any way to get rid of the extras?

More than likely they are all just pointing to one "My Pictures" folder,
right click on each of them and select properties and see if they point to
c:\documents and settings\"user name"\my documents.

I thought you mean they are shortcuts - they don't seem to be. Poperties
come up as File folder, 182bytes,contains 1 Files, 0 Folders

I can deetethem, but they justreturn. It's not only My Pictures, it's also
My Music.

Good thought though. Any way to delete or move them?

Thank you Andrew - my apologies for accidentally sending that hieroglyphics
test - my spelling isn't good but it's not that bad :-(

That is an interesting trick. However, I'm not sure that's my exact
problem. Upon further study, I believe this is what I have:

I have a shortcut/echo copy of My Documents which displays itself between
Desktop and My Computer in Explorer. There is a My Pictures (and My
Everything Else) under My Documents in both locations (under Desktop and
under My Computer/Documents and Settings/Dave/My Documents).

But when I expand the My Documents just below Desktop, there is also a My
Pictures folder - and this is the one I want to get rid of.

Confusing?
