extra in menubar dissapearred

The good book "WORD help" says to restore the menu go to extr
BUT: extra in menubar has dissapearred...
Now what
I did find the same question on Google newsgroups but no answe

Extra? I can't recall an 'Extra' menu? To reset the toolbars - Tools >
Customize > Options > Reset Toolbars.

You can also access the Customize options by right clicking the toolbar
area.

Or by double-clicking on an empty area of any toolbar or by choosing
Customize from the bottom of the View | Toolbars menu or (in Word 2002 and
above) by clicking on the arrow at the end of the toolbar and choosing Add
or Remove Buttons | Customize...
