External Sheet

Hi i am working on the timesheets for my company, the problem is tha
there are many employees and when there is an error found in th
timesheet, or an improvement that needs to be made we have to send ou
a new timesheet to everyone, and they must start over.

I was wondering if this was possible.

Is it possible to have a spreadsheet that links to the maste
spreadsheet, for example,

i have a spreadsheet that is a blank timesheet, is there a way to hav
the workbook, look at a different location, and pull what is in tha
sheet so if any changes need to be made, they happen automatically?

this sounds more like a database application and not like an Excel
spreadsheet )
