External Programs Sending Email

How can I allow my custom written program to send email using MS Outlook
without being given the security warning

one of our suppliers has allowed us to send orders via email, we want our
database to do this automatically but it is not possible as prompts keep
coming up

we are using the Microsoft Outlook 11.0 Object Library (this may be beta as
we are office 2003 Beta Testers)
