External Program Trying to Send Mail Have to Cick Yes to Allow

I have an external reporting program that needs to send mail via MS Outlook
XP. Using Microsoft Exchange Server. Whenever the external program trys to
send mail, I get a prompt telling me that an external program is trying to
send mail and I have to click yes to allow it. I need for the program to run
on a schedule. Does anyone know of away to change the security setting so
that Outlook will send mail from external programs without prompting.

Thanks,
James
