Duplication of email which i send from Outlook to another outllook

Hi,
I am using MS outlook. I have configured one email address ([email protected])on
two of my PCs (PC 1 & PC 2).When i send an email from PC1 to external users
it reflects in my ([email protected]) inbox on PC 2. However, when i send an
email from PC2 it does not reflect on PC1.
1. Why does this happen?
2. I dont want the sent mails to be reflecting on PC1 & PC2 while send from
any PC?

What do you mean by "reflects"? Do you mean a copy of the message appears in
the Inbox?

What type of account, POP or IMAP or Exchange?

Hi Brian,
When i am sending a mail to n external user from PC1 its sends a copy to my
PC2 (Ibbox) user which enventually are the same accounts. Its POP accounts.

This is a gmail issue, not an Outlook issue.
