External monitor setting

Hello,

I am using my laptop on a docking station with an external monitor. I was
able to set the resolution and other preferences under display settings.
However, every time I switch users, the monitors my preferences go back to
defauls (disappear). Not only on the other account user but under the
original user as well.

1. How do I make windows remember my display preferences in/out of my
docking station?
2. How do I set universal display setting for all users? (since it is
hardware, should be a way to do it for all users).

Preferences for display settings are fifferent between most users so they
have to be set and saved for each user.
There is not way to set display settings for all users at one time,
Make sure you shutdown normally and not with usr computers power switch in
order o insure that user settings are saved prior to shutdown.
