External Monitor Connection Does Not Work

Rick

Hi,

After installing SP2 to Win XP Home edition, I can no
longer use an external monitor (Sharp or Philips
projector) to project my desktop. The best I can do is
designat the second monitor as a "second" monitor that
does not show desktop images.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Rick

Have you tried "clone" mode?

Hello,

Have you looked into updating your video drivers? They might have released
something after SP2 came out

Thanks

Select monitor 2 there is a checkbox below to span the desktop to the
2nd monitor (can't recall the exact words, don't have XP here), uncheck
that box and Apply.
