my external hard drive stopped working for some reason. whenever i connect it to my computer, it says that the driver has malfunctioned and cannot be read. how do i recover the data inside?
If the computer can recognized the hard drive, you can use EASEUS DataRecoveryWizard to recover your data. It provides the demo version to try and you can use Advanced Recovery function to search your data.
