exPressit label design

While trying to install Memorex exPressit software, it tells me that it
requires IE 6.0 or higher, and to try again once it is installed. I am
running 6.0, and i just upgraded to 7.0. I've disabled the norton, and the
windows firewall. I tried a restart, no luck. i also tried the download
from the web site. HELP!!! It seems like the computer is "hiding"
explorer...
 
Go to Microsoft.com and download MSXML 3.0 SP5. This is per Memorex tech
support.
