express 2nd identity

outlook express second identity is showing the list of messages but none of
them load up so I can see them. When I switch back to the 1st identity it has
the same problem; at this point I have to restart the application, then the
1st identity works again, while the second doesn't. This is in WXP sp3. Can
you help me resolve this problem?

I am not sure how to approach this problem; I don't use MS Outlook Express
all that much. But nobody else in the "Outlook" groups is likely to know,
either. You should have posted this to the
'microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general' group. "Outlook" is not a
shorthand name for "Outlook Express", it is a completely different, and
unrelated application. I am cross posting this to the appropriate group. In
