exporting

When trying to export checking account/credit card data from my bank as a QIF, the background screen that asks if I want to OPEN SAVE etc. just pops up and goes away not allowing me to put in my folder/file name. Any answers? I tried clearing out the autocompletes but it did not help.

Do you have a popup blocker closing the windows? Turn them off or hold down
the CTRL key. CTRL temporarily disables many popup blockers program.
