Exporting Toolbars?

I would like to create a new toolbar with new autoshapes (buttons insert .emf
files as pictures, but it's more or less the same thing) and be able to
export this toolbar to the other people in the office. Is there a way to do
that? (I can copy and move files as needed, but so far I haven't been able
to get at the toolbar itself in PowerPoint.)

The path to the tool bar is in a 'normally hidden' folder. Always rename
the current pcb file to a backup file, so you can change back if this is not
a good thing.

Fer instance:

C:\Documents and Settings\My Account Name\Application
Data\Microsoft\PowerPoint\PPT11.pcb

Obviously some things will change:
My account name should be replaced with the user account name
PPT11 should be replaced by the version of PowerPoint you are using

However, I must add a very strong warning. If anyone changed my toolbars
without me directly and explicitly asking them to do so ("Jim, I wouldn't
let the corporate IT people change them, but would you please change my
toolbar to look like yours?" or better), I would become openly and
vehemently hostile towards them.

Thanks! You're the first person who's given me any real kind of answer that
doesn't involve reprogramming it in VB. :)

Do understand, though, that there may be a very good reason for that.
If you replace someone's PCB file with your own:

a) It may not work at all; this isn't something that MS intended us to use as a
means of creating/distributing toolbars and isn't supported.

b) It may create your toolbar but in the process it will also wipe out any
toolbar or menu customizations the user has done. They will not love you for
this.

I'd test it very carefully across any versions of PPT you intend to support and
wear lots of flame-retardant clothing. ;-)
