Exporting Reports to Word or Rich Text Format

Hi,

I need to export a couple of reports from Access into
Word. The only option I am given which is compatible to
send to other users in other systems is the Rich Text
Format. The only problem is when doing this the Report
looses any pictures and Boxes etc... This is not any good
to me I need pictures and tables to be included also.

Is there anyway Access can export to Word as a *.Doc file?

Please help!

Many Thanks

Andrew

Not only does Access -> RTF -> Word lose some graphics, it can end up with
some very strange spacing here and there. I've had better luck, in general,
retaining the text format exporting to HTML, but that, too, drops graphics.
Frankly, it doesn't drop lines, rectangles, and borders on me very often --
simply because I avoid them in my report designs unless there is a
compelling need, which is rare.

Visit MVP Stephen Lebans' site, http://www.lebans.com, and see if he has
something that will help preserve your graphics in the export. I know he has
some things, but don't know if they will be applicable.
